Diet and exercise. Eat about 1350 calories a day, making sure to get enough protein and fiber, and then do aerobic/cardio (interval jogging, power walking, exercise videos, etc) exercise 6 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Weight train 3 times a week leaving at least 1 day in between so you can rebuild your muscles. Here's a good weight training routine:
