1. Diet
Eat 6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours
Mainly eat this things
1) Almonds and Other Nuts eaten with skins intact.
2) Beans and Other Legumes
3) Spinach and Other Green Vegetables
4) Dairy: Fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese
5) Instant Oatmeal: Unsweetened, unflavored
6) Eggs
7) Turkey and other lean meats. Lean steak, chicken, fish
8) Peanut Butter - All-natural, sugar-free.
9) Olive Oil
10) Whole-Grain Breads and Cereals
11) Extra-Protein (Whey) Powder
12) Raspberries and Other Berries and other fruits

try to drink about 8 glasses of water a day, i drink a gallon and have awesome abs, dont eat candy or atleast once a week take a day to eat everything you want, although not over do it, i myself dont cheat i just eat great to stay lean and have abs. Mainly eat alot of protein and fiber

2. Excersice

Treadmills are the best excercises to lose weight, run and just let the calories burn 30-45 minutes a day and eating as i explained above will get you lean in no time

um be a dancer...LOL dancers have sick bodies ..you cant really have a dancers body without crazy hard work..when your not actually dancing ....you can tell a dancer body instantly when you see one...you would have to work out daily and watch what you eat 24/7 to have a perfect dancers body...they have like zero body fat....and they arent just twigs either that starve themselves they actually have muscles.

she looks like a ballerina, so i'd suggest taking up some hardcore dancing, running and other cardio will blast the fat also. keep in mind that many dancers struggle with eating disorders so as long as ur healthy u may not get as "skinny" but u'll be fit. and guys prefer a fit girl over a curve-less skinny chick anyday ;)

excercise rule #1...if it makes you breath hard,it's good...run,dance ,play sports,whatever...

Strict diet, have a professional weight lifting and toning instructor, and running will do... plus it depends on your determination... good luck!

proper sleep, proper nutrition, proper exercising at the speed of +/-genes in your family

P.S. Believe it or not but gymnastics is the best way for you to get that perfect stomach

That's the girl from Step Up! Well I guess do some sort of dancing like ballet like she does.

Diet healthy. Dancers are fit not scrauny. Eat lean proteins, chicken breast, turkey and so on. this promotes lean muscle mass. Stay away from processed carbs. i.e white bread, white rice, noodles that arent made of grain. best thing to do is knock out carbs all together. But lets get real, carbs are my favorite and they give you energy. but eat less carbs.
and as for your fats look for things that contain polyunsaturated and even better monosaturated fats. you need fats. if not your body will retain your body fat and not let go. Also your brain is made up of 90% fats....

As for working out, just stick to calisthenics. keep your heart rate up for 30-60 minutes a day. Doing anything you like to do. running, dancing, cheerleading, swimming. anyways hope this helps. BTW you look like you already have a nice bod...
