SlimFast doesn't make you lose weight. It's a meal replacement. It's just giving you a controlled amount of calories in a packaged product. You can lose weight with SlimFast because you're reducing the amount of calories you're eating, but don't expect overnight results. Sure, it's healthier to eat a balanced meal with fresh foods and lean meats, but that can be tough to do sometimes. If your usual breakfast and lunch come from a drive-through window, SlimFast (or a comparable meal replacement) will help. But if it we're me, I'd add in some fruit with the breakfast SlimFast, plan a snack mid-morning (carrots, celery, nuts, yogurt, popcorn...), and drink lots of water. Otherwise, you'll end up feeling really hungry.

yes it does work slightly. Try a combination of working out/slim fast. That's a productive way as well.

nope
taste like poo too.

No it doesn't. Just like its absurd to think meals can come in pill form, its absurd to think meals can come in shake or bar form. Trust me you won't get anything good from foods that come from corporations. You probably heard this a lot but fruits, water, meats, and anything from earth are the best.
