running is probably the best way to lose weight. it gets your heart rate up and keeps it there, burning calories and fat. work out atleast 5 times a week starting at 30 minutes a day and working your way up. good luck!

i just started to lose weight and i cut my calories down and do 45 min to an hour on the eliptical trainer 3 to 4 times a week. It's working for me!!!!

how old are you? There is a plethora of information about how to lose weight. All you have to do is eat right and exercise. Any cardio exercise will make you sweat, I like the elliptical machine, but a treadmill or running, aerobics, anything can make you sweat. They recommend at least 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week.

treadmilll...start excersizing for a small amount of time and gradually hit about 48 mins a day...thats when you lose some good weight. but hey be patient. i lost 15 pounds in 2 months...treadmill almost everday for 35-50 minutes, and a good healthy diet.

If youa re just eating to much sugar then stop eating all fruits. They have natural sugar in them. This will make u want even more sugar. Try going organic.

wow. i am totally surprised at how many people ask this question.anywhoo,
stop eating gross,fatty foods and exersise. its that simple. i prefer jogging, you'll be surprised at how quickly you shed off. ;)

eat right, and work out, seriously that's the ONLY way to lose weight SAFELY and most importantly, KEEP it OFF! Try keeping a journal about what you eat (mostly calories in the foods you eat).
