Help me lose weight!!!?!


Question: Hi everyone! I am going to be 13 very soon, I am 5'6 and weigh 145 pounds. I have gained 10 pounds since last year. I am an active swimmer and go 3-4 times per week on the team. I am very muscular and I am no where near overweight, but at the same time have some weight I need to lose. I do NOT want answers saying "You shouldn't be worrying about you weight at your age" I don't want that b/s. I am determined to lose weight. I eat around 2,000-3,000 calories a day and I need to cut back. Does anyone have any magical remedies or ideas to help me lose 15 pounds? My goal weight is 130. I want to be really skinny and feel good in a two piece. Thanks so much you guys.
