***JEEZ! I don't wana starve..but it's like I can't lose 15lbs!!!***!


Question: All I've eaten today is a small apple. For dinner, I plan on eating 1 can of Progresso soup. THAT'S ALL I GET TO EAT ALL DAY. I WANT to be able to eat more...but for the past 2 years, whenever it was April, I would tell myself, "okay, I'm going to lose 15lbs by May 1st." BUT I NEVER DO! I'm healthy, but I need to tone up by 15lbs. I have more fat on my lower body, rather than my upper body (but i DO still have some belly fat.) HOW CAN I DO THIS BY MAY 1st!

*dont just say "run, walk, bike. eat 1200 cals a day." BE MORE DESCRIPTIVE*

dont eat late....exercise as much as you can. Drink a lot of water. Be consistant. You have to eat more than an apple and a can of soup but dont eat junk. Try not to eat any sugar, esp soda and no candy or chips. Eat protein and a ton of veggies. Snack on celery?

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Starving is not a way to loose weight permanently. Also, eating only fruits is not the proper way too.
You need to eat less than usual, and distribute meals 3-4 times a day, so your body would not feel starvation. When you starve, your metabolism lowers and you start accumulate more fat on each occasion.
Fruits are carbohydrates. They do not have much proteins, which are required for maintaining muscles. And muscles help use more fat.

oh my god if you learn anything magic let me know. i hate starving my self and going to the gym but 15 lbs have to go!

just do a crash diet if your in so much of a hurry then.. look them up theres millions

okay, its a little impossible to lose that much weight in a few months, unless you are DETERMINED.
you need to exsersise for two hours EACH day, and DONT starve yourself, keep your meals under four hundred calories, but make it healthy, eat salads instead of large meals. switch to chicken instead of red meats. also eat fruit and vegetables for snacks. DONT drink ANY soda at all, drink something like sweet tea, or flavored water, or plain water. Before every meal, drink a big glass of water, Then eat, liquids fill you up more, to sustain hunger. For workout ideas, get a magazine that has a lot of fitness ideas in it ( i recommend seventeen or cozmopoliton or cozmo girl)
And try waking up every morning(early) and just go jogging for a half an hour and then walking for another half hour, or just jog the whole time.

you can tone up if you put your heart and soul into, trust me, it will make you healthier, and youll feel better about yourself, even if you dont lose fifteen lbs.
plus, you may lose fat but gain muscle, wich weighs more than fat. but thats a good thing because youll look more toned ;)
just remember though, that your beautiful no matter what, its not the losing weight part, its the good feelings you get about yourself that matter.

I know you said not tell tell you to eat 1200 calories and run.. but that really basically is what you do to lose weight.

I started running 3 to 4 miles 5 times a week..and start eating more healthy.. as in not as much sugar. I probably ate about 1200 calories. I love 30 pounds in 3 months.

You might not be able to run that much yet... so run, walk, run, walk.. eventually you will be able to run the whole thing.

With food try to eat good carbs, fruits, veggies, protein. Try eating 6 small meals a day. BUT if you can't do that.. not a big deal. I really don't think it matters how you get the calories.. but the amount. But it is more healthier if you eat the right foods.

okay what you want to do, is look at the food pyramid and plan out your meals..... you need to eat lots of fruit and veggitables but dont stray from protein. dont eat protein bars cause they suck. then go to the gym regularly. dont just run and do cardio stuff. lift weights, do core classes, bc then it tones your muscles, and makes it look less like fat. dont let the scale fool you though! MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!!!!! get a good nighs sleep every night. probably about 8 to 10 hours. i hope that helps you, if you have any questions comments or complaints just message me.

When you don't eat much, your bodies metabolism slows down and starts storing fat. Be sure to eat breakfast, have an apple or dish of grapes for breakfast along with a cup of tea or coffee. You don't need to eat anything with fat, just make sure you eat something for breakfast to kick start your metabolism. Bring some nuts or veggie sticks with you to nibble on through the day, when you get a little hungry and just need something to nibble, make sure you do! Don't let your stomach start to grumble cause then your body will internally "freak out" and you'll start to store fat again. So make sure you have something healthy to nibble on. Nuts are good, veggies and fruit are good.
Make sure to drink lots of water, avoid juice it has tons of empty calories. Stay away from diet soda's they'll kill your metabolism and make you feel hungry when you aren't. If you be sure and eat when you feel hungry then you'll eat smaller portions at lunch and dinner. The biggest thing is eat lots of fruit and veggies, they will fill you up and don't contain lots of fat. Also, if you exercise regularly, change your routine completely every couple of weeks, it will shock your metabolism and you'll be able to drop that last 15lbs.

Starving is no good, all it does is put ur body into starvation mode & stores the "food" u do eat. Best to eat lots of the healthy stuff espesh in the morn. If its your tummy then sit ups r very good. also sitting on a chair & lifting your legs up & down is good. Just get your muscles working. its hard for your body to tone up when ur not feeding it prop.

Try the south beach diet. You'll loose the 15lbs in the first month. But be warned, South Beach is HARD to follow.
