What are some good excersises for weight loss?!

there are so many methods people advertise and there are pills and stuff..........incredible mess!!!
I just know , you are going to be successful if you start to follow 2 things : proper exercise and good diet . It is not so simple but under quality guidance it is not hard either.

cardio is the best form of exercise. So fast paced running daily.

anything that gets your heart beating faster than normal...running, even brisk walking. Try starting off with a bit of running, then walk when your tired and then run again just building up what you do. Yoga is brilliant to make sure you keep trim, look up the sun salutation its a yoga programme with about 8 moves which helps to stretch your muscles and tone you up. Swimming is also another fab exercise if you want some gentle exercise!

skipping, walking, and eventually jogging, everyday. skip every chance you get. there are no fat boxers. good luck!
