so far i only had 2pieces of toast(light buttered) and a a yogert
what else should i have today?

i need healthy foods to help me lose body fat any ideas?

low fat whole wheat wrap, sandwich with low fat meat, vegetables, mustard maybe on whole wheat bread, fruit, vegetables, low fat milk.

Well if you eat meat then I say go for something like poached lean chicken breast, a cooked vegetable, a grain and a side salad. Just beware of portion sizes.
