How to shed body fat or get 6 pack?!


Question: Hi, I am a male, age of 13, height 5,3, and weight 124.
I really want to shed some body fat, so i'll look good for high-school. Everyday i do crunches about 50 a day and jump rope about 1000 a day and some more exercise.I eat a whole bunch of fruit. This is what i eat everyday.

Morning: cereal-honey bunch
lunch-fruits-apple, orange,banana's
dinner:Meat or fish/and any other side dish (more than 500 calories)

P.S: I also drink about 60 or more oz of water and tnx
If there is anything i need to do more, please tell me.

run, swim, bike etc (get 30 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week) then do abs videos/workouts. Look on youtube.com at 8 minute abs video. it is only 8 minutes and is great!

if your only 13 years old go play outside with your friends and stop worriying about your weight and body appearance so early. enjoy being a kid!
