How does a sknny teen get more bulky and muscular?!

Question: Imagine that you're a gardener and you see a skinny plant that you want to grow thick and lush. You have to take care of it just right to make sure it gets all the nutrition it needs, all the water and sun it needs. This is an analogy that I will be using for my suggestions:

Nutrition:
In our diet-conscious yet fast food oriented society it may be hard to do, but first you need at least 4000 high quality calories every day. This means whole grains, lean protein sources, fruits, vegetables, nuts. These are the fertilizers for your growth. Do not skip any meals - eat a hearty breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks in between are fine, but keep the quality high.

Sun - Building with energy
You should do exercises that are more short and intense instead of long and moderate. Intense exercise increases testosterone and builds muscle.
For example if you like running, doing sprints would be much better than doing long distances.
If you are lifting weights, use weights that you can only lift 10 times in a set for 3 sets.
If you are doing jump rope, make it extremely intense speed jumping rather than going for 5 minutes at a time.
Other exercises like pushups, chinups are also excellent.
Caution: Don't get injured by overdoing it or it can slow your progress and frustrate you and make you quit.

Water - replenishment for growth.
Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

Just like a plant, it takes time for growth to occur. Intermittent care will not make much of a difference, but consistent cultivation will get you consistent results that over time can be dramatic. Be patient and let nature do its thing after you've consistently provided what it needs.

Good luck, and may your efforts bear fruit.

work out

Lift weights and eat more food.

ensure

more protein, more weights :D

working out with High protein and good nutrition. Or you could try to get steroid injections, or Human growth hormone.

eat a lot and lift weights or something

Eat more protein. Lift weight. Run. Exercise.

Takes years if your not a natural brute. Start by lifting weights. Several months at medium weights, then increase slowly. Just because you don't feel any strain doesn't mean your not bulking up. Your not full grown, so this is a long term goal. Nothing happens in a few months. But tone and shape are better than bulk. The bulk guys move slower. So tone up like Bruce Lee-Chuck Norris, not like Arnold Schwarzenegger! Brutal!! Watch out for Brandons advice!

ROIDS! jk, don't do that...Lift a lot of weights.
