I start to get tired & weak so easily now. What's the problem ?!

You're dying. Seriously. You need protein and carbs in your diet as much as we don't like that idea. You also probably aren't getting the right vitamins. You have to have a minimum number of calories each day for your body to function correctly and it doesn't sound like you are. Also aren't you bored of just eating salad? Try some chicken or beans or something!

I know i am stating the obvious but, that is your problem. Drinking water & eating salad!? Er, NO. You need to be eating more than salad.

Your body is shutting down because you are not eating enough. Salad and water are not enough to provide all of the calories and nutrients your body needs to function normally. You are making this worse by exercising and using up what few calories you have in your body. As a result, you body is starting to basically digest itself to get the calories it requires to stay alive. You need to increase the amount you eat as well as add some protein and carboyhdrates to your diet. Eating a healthy, balanced diet has been proven to help weight loss and will make your work outs more effective too.

What do you expect? You need to include protein in your diet. Try lentil soup with wholemeal bread or chicken salad, fish is also great. Also get some vitamin c tablets, these are good for boosting your immune system which is in no doubt suffering based on how you are describing how you are feeling just now.
Id be suprised if you are managing to do any exercises in your present condition.

stop being so stupid and eat.
the best you could hope for is anemia which is what i had.
