How can I tell if I'm overweight?!


Question: I'm 16 years old, 5'5ish, and 190 pounds. I'm pretty sure that would be considered as overweight, but I'm incredibly muscular and consider myself to be healthy. My question is, how healthy can you be if youre still overweight? I always hear things about how you dont have to be skinny to be healthy, but how big can you be and still stay healthy?

I eat pretty healthy, and run a few times a week, five or so miles at a time. I also horseback ride a couple times a week, and my legs are pretty muscular.

I don't know how big you can be, but if you're very muscular, you can't follow the typical "weight/height" charts. Chances are, you're still healthy.

The only true way for someone who is muscular to make sure they're all good, is to go to the doctor.

find out if your fat using BMI, go on google and type it in, you type in your height and weight and it tells you. or you can type in hight and weight chart and check it yourself.
