Do YOU think I went over 1700 cals?

Yes, it is healthy. And it is roughly 1700 calories that you consumed.

you could have done without he pop tarts. but overall you ate somewhat healthy and i doubt you went over 1700 calories.

No, you probably had about 800 cals, also the poptarts are FULL of trans fats which get stuck in a layer of fat behind your abs muscle wall and they're the kind that give you the 'impossible to get rid of' pot belly.
NO more pop tarts. milk, apple, mini wheats, soup.. all that is good.
but you do know that there is 200 cals in 2 pop tarts so you had 400 of **** for food and about 250 cals of stuff your body could use.
not good.

no, and yes

best answer pls

no you did NOT eat healthy...
you probably stayed under 1700... but the pop tarts really KILLED IT ALL.

apple... 55 calories...

4 pop tarts.... EACH pop tart is 200 calories...
http://tinyurl.com/22gn5f
so that was 800 calories right there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1% milk... 8 oz. = 118 calories...
so total calories from milk approx 300 calories...

mini wheats approx 96 calories

the soup could be anywhere from 100 to 400 calories depending on what kind you had...

next time leave out the pop tarts and eat something REALLY WORTH 800 calories!!!!

yes you ate somewhat bad, and no you probably didn't go over 1700 calories. you need more protien and fiber and some more fruits and veggies along with better carbs than poptarts and frosted mini wheats.

no you didnt eat healthy today

No.

for the most part..yes

low calories BUT NO

man i was gonna say noeven b4 the additonal details!

No.

Apple was healthy.
Pop Tart ...just bad
1% milk...not natural, prevents absorption of minerals and vitamins, can cause weight gain and clogging of arteries.
Mini wheats...borderline...processed
Soup...canned, little nutritional value when canned or loaded with chemicals

Over 1700 calories...no

Counting calories is not healthy and does not cause long term weight loss.

You ate the 4 pop tarts which have all the calories in the world in them. You should of switched the pop tarts out with at least whole gain toast or something.

not healthy at all.

there is a lot more to eating healthy than just calories. the source of the calories is more important. you have 5 food items listed and only 1 of them is all natural, milk is processed so it's not truly an all natural food item. the soup is ok but the pop tarts and mini wheats are garbage.

No, number of calories consumed is not necessarily an indication of health.

4 fudge pop tarts - are you kidding? You could have had a nice meal for that. I never waste my calories on crappy food like that, your body would much rather have had a turkey sandwich, or oatmeal, or chicken in rice. You are making it really hard on yourself for no reason.

I know all you want is a yes or no, but it's more complicated than that. Here's why...

I looked up how many calories are in each pop-tart...204 per pop-tart. You had four, so that would come to 816. That's just for the pop-tarts!! That's almost half of your goal of 1700, so with your other foods you are at about 1700.

Although I did not look up everything you listed, I would say NO you did not eat healthy (not by me definition of healthy.) You are eating empty carbs and sweets and then making up for it by starving yourself. If you think I'm full of "it", I ask you this... are you still hungry?? If no then disregard what I just said, if yes, your eating empty meals.

My advice to you. Instead of picking around and eating junk, eat HEALTHY MEALS! Instead of counting out 10 pieces of cereal, eat a bowl of cereal. For lunch have a real salad/yogurt/fruits. Dinner, another salad or even soup....not four pop-tarts.
