This would be a horrible idea! You would most likely end up in the hospital...have horrible headaches, and probably pass out. You most likely wouldn't even lose that much weight...so don't risk your health..by going on a crash diet. You just need to stick with cardio-exercises, cut down on your portions..and do little things like cutting pop, and coffee, or desserts. You don't just automatically lose weight over night..it takes time!

If you are already that skinny...and you think you are fat...you don't need to lose weight..but you do need some professional help...and if you didn't eat for 2 weeks..obviously you would be dead....long before that even.

it wont matter cuz youll be dead....

yeah ya see thats called, NOT NORMAL.

you'd be extremely malnourished and probly die.

good luck with that.

Who cares, you'll put it back on straight away anyway.

I don't think starving yourself for 6 days is really going to be effective... I know that when you deprive your body of food and nutrients, it goes into "starvation mode" and this can actually cause you to *gain* weight, because your body will want to hold on to fat since it won't be getting the food/nutrients that it needs to properly function.

if you dont eat for 6 days you will die and most people do not loose wieght by not eating. They loose it and it comes back. Excercise and eat healthy is the only diet that will really work.

No eating in 6 days? that's the dumbest thing i've ever heard in my entire life.

You'd probably lose close to 10 lbs. but it depends on what your body looks like right now.

You'll definitely lose weight, but I don't know how much. You never seen chubby/fat people die of starvation. Look at the holocaust pictures. Eventually, your body will eat its own fat reserves, and you'll grow skinnier.

On average a healthy body burns around 2000 calories a day. There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat. However after two days of not eating your body will slow its metabolisim down and you will no longer burn 2000 calories a day. And your body will start to hold on to the fat you have to try and sustain itself. And once you start eating again you will gain weight at a faster rate. Check out this website fitday.com. It might help you manage your diet a little better.

How much weight would I lose if you didn't eat for 6 days? Hmm...none.

To lose 1 pound you need to have a shortage of 3500 calories. Therefore, you'd lose about 4 pounds. Although I wouldn't recommend it.

The fats will not be completely broken down and will release ketones (which are toxic acids) into your bloodstream...
You could get metabolic acidosis which can cause
chest pain, palpitations, headache, altered mental status, decreased visual acuity, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, altered appetite (either loss of or increased) and weight loss (longer term), muscle weakness and bone pains.

You would really have to go a long time with no food to lose weight this way... and you can only go 18 days with no food at all before death occurs, please consider changing your mind

Then you will be dead.

You have to eat and drink. Your body needs nourishment. If you starve it, it will retaliate AGAINST you.

I lost 60lbs in 60 days. LITERALLY. I gained it back plus some. If you starve the body, the body will store whatever fat it can get a hold of and make you even bigger because it will not know when it will be fed.

You need to weight train and exercise. Muscle burns fat. You gain muscle or tone up and the muscle will burn fat like you will not believe.

I was 5' 101/2", 251lbs, 50+ inch waist. Now I'm 175lbs and 33 inch waist. I gained about 10 pounds of muscle before I lost the fat.

You need to learn discipline with losing weight and keeping it off PROPERLY.
