How can I get bigger muscle quickly?!


Question: including heavy sets and light sets each training or cycle heavy training and light training,such us all heavy sets in this week then all light sets in next week.which one is better ?and should I take every sets to failure?

you dont need to do heavy/light sets alternated. That is just a myth. Do heavy weights to stimulate muscle growth. But dont sacrifice good form, or else you might get injured. You will know that a set is a good one if you need to really work to put that weight up there. Remember, muscle growth is all about intensity.

No don't do light and heavy sets... you're wasting your time. if you want bulk you go from 8-10 reps, if you want leanness(mostly for girls) you go for 12-15 reps. so find a weight that enables you to do 8-10 reps in different exercises.

you should do what only u feel is right for you - something that works for someone may not be suitable for you!

i used to do stick to the same workout all the time and just increase the weights when i felt i was ready - doing 3 sets of 10 reps on each.

the only trouble i had is that i needed to eat about 3 dinners a day to feed the muscle growth quickly - and that's expensive!!!

so to put on muscle quickly - eat more!!!
