Getting back into shape after a c-section 3 1/2 months ago?!


Question: I had my baby boy 3 1/2 months ago. Even tho I ate extremely healthy and excerised up to the day I had him (the had to induce bc he was just NOT going to come out...then we had to have an emergency c-section...stubborn lil thing!) I still gained 50 lbs!!! None of us could understand how a 7lbs 6oz baby could make me gain so much. Anyway, I've been exercising and still eating healthy and only drinking water since then. But I've only lost 25lbs and its been like that for the last two months! What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do? I miss my jeans!!! My stomach looks good except for the pouch around my scar ;( I just need advice for my arms, legs, and thieghs. Should I cut out bread completely? Would that have anything to do with it? Just any Help would be great!!!!!

ok the 1st 25lb would have been fluid loss i lost 30kg (approx 66lbs) in 1month after having my daughter and it was all fluid after this i was having hard trobble getting the rest off...

best exercise ever to do is pilates and yoga as it help tone all the body....

as for your lil belly pooch that is norm for c-section... but this will help... (it may feel a lil uncomphy for the fist few weeks cos your scar is still fresh) but have a look at this clip and it will help

breast feed. and when you arent, pump your breasts. it really helps you lost the weight believe it or not.
