Can you reduce fat from the face with facial excercises?!


Question: Yes it well. but you have to know the conditions on facial exercises. it helps stop the wrinkles, strengthen your face skin and will look healthy than usual.
here is what i do:
in the morning when i woke up, i have to do face exercise without the use of hands. eg, pushing your lips on the left to the right counting 8x holding it for about 5seconds each. then stretch your mouth not opening it and hold it for about 10seconds (do it 8x also). next, try to open your mouth widely and hold it for about 10secs again. 5x will do. after taking breakfast or when you wash your face, do not try to rub your face with towel in drying the water of your face. just pat it slowly and tenderly. next, apply a facial water. let it stay to about 10seconds. last when you apply a cream/facial lotion on your face, gently massage your face from your chin going upward; from your cheek going outward; on your forehead going upward too. below your eyes, place one finger on (each) under the eyes then slowly massage it from inward to outward. all of these must be 10times. you must do it this in the morning and at night before going to bed. in a week or two, you will see the difference and healthiness of face's skin.

No fat no - but aparently facial excersises will help with 'drooping skin' wrinkles ect.

Facial Massage is very good for complexion

not really but if you diet you will lose weight on your face!

Depends on the kind of exercises you do. If you just keep hitting your face, you create more inflammatory response at your face instead.

no it doesn't help. it would only make your face feel more silky and healthier. losing pounds and doing some exercise will help reduce your fat from the face. Also drink plenty of water to maintain healthy glowing skin.

not really no i have big cheeks but am not fat and some say chewing gum works i feel sometimes it makes the muscle feel tighter and slimmer

Sorry but the answer is no unless you go on a diet. why on earth do you want to lose weight off your face, people are paying money to have their face injected with fat for a fuller face.

no, and wouldn't that cause wrinkles anyway?
