Shifting calories?!

Question: hey, i've just heard about shifting calories as a diet plan to weight loss, but i was wondering, is it really only about eating different amounts of calories each day, and eating the most amount of carbo at different times of the day? who eats the same amount of calories everyday? for people who are on some kind of diet, they may restrict their calorie intake, and calculate the amt of calories they take each day, making it somewhat the same everyday.but for those who doesnt do that, who eats say,2000 calories EVERYDAY? i mean,i have been not eating consistently, because some days i'm really into eating less, and another day i cant curb my appetite and indulge in fattening foods.so my calorie intake cannot possibly be the same everyday right? and then, my breakfast, lunch and dinner can really change, some days i dont eat much dinner, other days i eat lots. and then in fact, i dont just have 3 meals a day, sometimes 4 or even 5 (cuz of the school timetable). but i havent lost any weight.

Oh ive heard about that diet to! I tried it and in 11 days lost 8 pounds. Heres wat you have to do: just eat like really well one day like fruits veges, healthy stuff. Then the next day eat like candy, oreos, and sugary stuff. (just dont overdue it) It tricks you body and metabolism and makes you lose wait. Its actually not bad for you. your body is perfectly healthy when you do this. it likes when you shake things up. not just the same thing every day. it gets bored with that. you know wat im saying? :]
