HOw much sets and weights should I do to get BIG forearms?!

If you only have dumbbells only, try to get access to a straight bar. Proper form is very important.Let your forearms rest on a padded bench with your hands hangiing over the end.
Let the bars on the dumnbells roll all the way to the ends of the finger tips and then curl the moderate to light weight up and back as tightly as you can.Forearms respond best to high reps. 5 days/ week .......6 sets of 20 reps

You didnt state how much they wieght but

Also rember to eat plenty of protiens and drink water.

just keep doing sets and weights all throughout the day , and keep up the consistancy , dont do some , some days , and none all , some days

keep on doing them and ull get HUGE forearms...
