I need sum unrealistic help!!!!?!


Question: I have a female friend that is 5'4 she weighs 225 lbs...she wants to loose as much weight as possible by the end of the summer, her goal is 75 lbs. which i think (as well as others) is unrealistic. especially by the end of summer. but she really does want to loose that amount of weight altogether.



What do you think should be a reasonable amount of weight to loose (as the circumstances) by the end of the summer.
She also wants to know what kind of diet and/or excercise plan she could use to better help her achieve her goal.

30 to 35... by starting off by walking, and eating healthier, she can try the fit tv channel. they`ll tell her good healthy meals to eat and give her a good work out and between commercials she can rest. slim fast is really good you use the shakes and bars to substitute for meals. she shouldnt be starving herself though so make sure of that. and there is a such thing as being obssessed over your weight. it takes time to get it off just like it took time to get it on. the faster she loses it the quicker she is to gain it back. make sure you encourage her. its nice to have someone to help you along the way because it gets tough. try and get her to drink more water and tell her to not weigh her self EVERYDAY but maybe every week, best wishes and godbless!

Easily 30 pounds at her weight just by exersizing everyday and cutting back on eating.

The Atkins diet would be one option and the vegan diet would be another option. They both have a high success rate if you eat as required.

You can get a whole book on the Atkins diet from health stores and probably the vegan diet as well.
