I've liked this site: www. sparkpeople. com
Great ideas, tracking, and people to talk to. Good luck.

=) well first you have to exercise a lot, by simply doing 30 sit-ups and 30 push-ups everyday at home. also it's best if you cut down/restrain from eating red meat. eat broccolli and corn everyday =) and remember to drinks Lots of water!!
hope this helps!

I am using a plan that has a very High protein content. It eliminates caffein, sugar and cuts out quite a bit of the sodium, fat and carbohydrates. It's called High Energy. See if you can find a location near your. I lose 3 to 5 pounds a week. I started on January 1st till now. I have lost 45 pounds so far with 80 to go.

Screw the people in your house. You should become their role model!!! Go to BODYBUILDING.COM . . . trust me...go to the "supersite" (you'll know what i'm talking about) and there they will have articles on every single topic. ...You might want to look up "female fitness" or "female bodybuilding". Trust me...just go there. They talk alot about diets and eating healthy.

OK. You can start with my website. Its still under construction and is very basic...but the first page will have most of what you need in terms of planning your meals. The bottomline is eating healthy food and forgetting the concept of fast dieting.
Avoid hidden sugars and refined carbohydrates. A good tip that works for me very well is having oatmeal/porridge in the morning. This has lots of fibre and little fat. The I have a sandwich for lunch, some fruits in the afternoon, and chicken/fish and salad at night. Hope this helps.

Go to:

beyondhealth.com

Order "never be fat again"

Raymond Francis is an ND and has a
great story.

I don't know where you live but he has meetings in the California area and I am sure there are other locations.

Best of luck to you!

www.fitday.com

I love that site. I still use it and I am not trying to loose weight.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
http://fit-thin.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
