What foods or drinks can i eat or drink in order to speed up my metabolism?!

The best foods to increase your metabolism and help you lose weight are fish, dark green leafy vegetables, tomatoes, blueberries and other fruits, whole grains, and at least 8 glasses of water a day.

And make Dua for whatever you want.

(Bengali ppl eat fish, but they is still fat, so I guess you need to exercise too!)

13 and you want to lose weight already!

Don't eat too much carb, instead eat foods high in fibre. You're only 13 so try to eat as healthily as possible. Good eating habits now, mean good eating habits for life.
