I've been going 'calorie neutral' or Low GI for the last two weeks and have lost 8.2lbs (approx 3.8kg).
The following foods theoretically take more energy for your body to process than they actual contain - they're called 'Calorie Neutral' foods. This naturally depends on how much you eat.
This is provided that you eat the foods either steamed or naturally. Do not boil the heck out of them, and do not add sauces to them....lemon juice is OK though.
