Will I start loosing weight with cardio?!

Question: I know it is not long, but over 4 weeks now I started going back to the gym. Mo-Fr I do 1hour cardio workout (crosstrainer, bike)

I noticed I am losing inches and my pants are getting loser.
I know I should not look at the scale but it does bother me.

Will I also start losing something on the scale?????
I am eating right, and not going over board.

Thank you.

P.S I am happy I am losing weight, but I am a size 11 and want to be a size 7-8. So will my weight start dropping too???Or only inches???

You know you shouldn't be feeling down for not losing weight if your eating right and your exercising eventually you will:)..so don't worry too much it doesn't really matter what the scale says what really matters that you can see and feel the difference and that you LIKE the way you look..I know how you feel because I wanted to lose weight and get in shape I did lose a couple of pounds then it stopped I was very saddened by this but I realized it's OK cause I gained muscle..(not bulking up, muscle in a good way:)..so maybe that's the story for you too.
Many trainers and athletics don't really go for the scale because it's not really accurate..they go for body measurements which shows results genuinely without getting affected like the scale(when you eat different number, before using the bathroom different number if you have your period different number..etc..)my point is that please don't get upset because you didn't lose weight the important thing is your actually SEEING a difference and you lost inches!:)

keep on with the good Job and good luck:)

I think what you are doing is good...eating healthy and exercising as well. I would recommend doing a bit of weight training to tone your muscles. Also, never obsess about weight loss or being a size 7-8. Gradual loss is much better than quick weight loss.

wait for more 4weeks and you will be happy

girl as long as your losing inches your on the right track. when you look hot in your skinny jeans you have done a job well done :)

both! but give it time..dont worry bout the scale too much cuz the scale is off at times..plus, u will gain muscle which is more than fat

Your body will start to reproportion. your metabolism rate is changing already Keep up with the intensity and remain consistant. In 3 months, you'll be impressed with all your numbers. Fruits and veggies are your main snacks.

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to
http://trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
