When should i switch from bulking to cutting phase?!


Question: ive been mostly clean bulking for around 9 weeks now. i originally planned on just doing a 12 week bulk, then get really cut however i am still making decient gains in weight and my lifts are still going up so, should i stop at 12 to avoid excess fat gain (ultimte goal is six-pack) or should i keep bulking until my lifts stop going up? i mean because if i could go from benching 150 to 170 with another month of bulking think it would be worth it. what do yall think i dont want to get too chubby.. iim around 10%bf right now

Go for 170. Gaining is alot harder than cutting in my opinion so i'd go for it now.
10% already low..You can probably deal with a little layer of chub for another month.

if your body fat is truly 10% right now you should have a 6-pack.

but usually tell guys to bulk until the body fat starts to get out of control which is around 14%-15%.
