What's a good appetite suppressant?!

Question: I've been eating a lot lately. Mostly at work because I'm bored but it may also be a self-destructive phase I'm going through (again).

I'd like to stop munching at work (I drive a truck) and I'd like to stop eating junk food which is about all I can find out on the road.

I need an appetite suppressant as a stop-gap measure to prevent more weight gain.

I need one that won't give me jitters, make me queasy, or angry. It can't make me sleepy or keep me awake.

It just needs to help me stop eating comfort food until my current malaise passes.

Oh. I need it over the counter and cheap.

Water really helps. Add more protein to your diet as it keeps you fuller longer. Look in the drink mix section at the grocery store for South Beach Living On The Go TIde Me Over drink mix. (there's other ones too, I just personally like that one)Pour in water bottle, shake, and drink. Eat things like beef jerkey or lunchables. Eat nuts but not too many. Apples are pretty feelking. Munch on baby carrots.
Once you start doing this and stick with it you get used to it.
Take an ice chest and fill up with these things.
Water, water, water. You'll have to pee alot at first but your body will eventually adjust and you won't have to go as much and your body and brain will thank you.
When you eat lunch, try to eat as many veggies as you can. Broccoli and spinach are really good for you and filling too.
Chew gum.
Snickers protein bars taste pretty good.
Don't take any of those over the counter stuff.
Just eat better and drink better and eventually your body will get used to it and you'll feel better.
Oh bananas are a good energy booster.
Diet green tea in the bottle is good too and it doesn't have too much caffeine but just enough to give you that boost.

Smoking?

Though I wouldn't necessarily call it good, but from what I have heard it can be a very effective appetite suppressor.

I didn't say it was healthy, I said it was effective!

Suck on hard candy and chew gum. (Alternate)

Good luck! :)

OK, can you stock up on healthy choices to munch on? like carrott sticks, triail mixes, fruits, low fat, low calories granola bars? Is their a way for you to keep track of what you are eating? You'd be surprised at what you can get away with and still loose weight......is there a way you could do a little execise, streching or yoga on your rest stops (I know it sounds weird, but my friend drives a truck and he has been doing this and says it works well, especially when he gets sleepy) in the long run this is cheap and over the counter.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
