Should you wash your face after exercise?!


Question: Can i wash my face after exercising, and can i use just regular soap and water, or just splash it with some cold water.

Exercise is great for your skin because sweating helps to clean out your pores. You still need to wash the sweat off though so they don't become clogged. If you've never had a problem with regular soap, then go ahead and keep using it, but I would still recommend a soap specifically made for the face

If it gets sweaty or if you are outside and it might have dirt on it, then yes!
I think just cold water is good enough as long as you rub your face a little to loosen up bacteria and dirt.

I don't see why not. I can imagine your skin may get a little dry if you use regular soap, though. If you're really sweaty, you probably want to use cleanser to keep your pores from getting clogged.

You are definitley supposed to wash your face before you excercise, especially if you wear make-up.

The sweat from your excercise might clog your pores, so I would suggest it.
