How can you drop a few pounds quick?!


Question: i am bout 5'4-5'5ish and i weigh 120...i am not that fat but i do have a little belly fat...how can i drop it quick ? any ideas !?!?

To get it toned, just try doing 50 sit ups, crunches, and curl ups, every morning repeat at night do it 5 times a week

proper diet and moderate cardio exercise. counting calories is essential

if you just want to get rid of the belly (btw EVERYONE has belly fat LOL unless you are a celebrity oh wait even celebrities have belly fat)
