Sadly, most body fat charts make no allowance for frame size or people with more muscular builds.
I would suggest getting your body fat measured to see where you stand.. My trainer uses an Omron 306c, so I bought one for home use. They are one of the more accurate ones out there for body fat measuring on a daily basis.
I weight train and was well within my healthy body fat levels at 160. There are people that are only 130 lbs and are 33% fat and technically obese though the charts say they're healthy. Then there are people that are just larger framed and more muscular that get labeled obese by a chart..
I'd get your body fat measured if you already work out and eat right.. You'll probably find you're within a healthy range anyway, but, it's a good thing to know..

Edited to add: I don't go by scale weight at all anymore, I just go by body fat percentage. Women in general cannot get below 12% bodyfat, that is the essential fat. Female athletes are typically between 14-20%. That's professional athletes, not just people who work out now and then.. A good level for fitness is between 21-24%. Still acceptable is anything between 24-31%. 32% and over is obese..

actually you are!
i am about 5feet 9 and 116 pounds!

i cant see you to tell... you could be all muscle for all i know.
is your question are you heavy for your height?? then yes.. you are heavy. the scale doesnt matter tho. do the fat test.

eat healthy, excercise.. the same generic advice, but it works.
good luck.

That is actually over weight... i don't see how you see yourself as not fat, no offense.

Take a look at women height and weight charts online

You're probably a little bit on the higher end of the bmi. Just remember the scale isn't everything. It all depends on the person so just be aware of that. If you want to lose weight then the best place to focus on is your diet because you're already working out. The weight might all be muscle though.

if you workout ,i just think you have incredibly toned muscles or something

no youre not fat
it all depends on your frame
5'4" ppl should be between 120-150

your fine
its better that your average and not super skinny and anorexic :]

you're not fat, but you are overweight. I'd lose a few pounds... just for the purpose of maintaining your health.

i am not trying to be mean at all...
but according to the bmi calculator you have a 26.6 which is overwight. if you lose a few lbs you'll be at regular weight. 150lbs and you'd be just bordering on overweight s anything below that isn't 'techincally' overweight. but hey, if you feel good at ur weight, stay there. but i don't think you do, otherwise you wouldn't be posting.

In fact yes you are, but you should not try any of the weight loosening device. I my self is 5ft. 6inches and keeping same weight 120 lbs from the last 45 years without any kind of ailment. If you are not in trouble of any kind because of your weight than keep it up. You are Flippy Charming.

don't be offended but I think so. It depends. I don't know what you look like so......But to lose some weight u could try doing yoga I heard its more affective.

not to be mean at all
you technically are.

no offense....bt you are actually very overweight!!! a healthy weight range for your height would be from 110 to 140 pounds!!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://get-trim.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

im 5'3'' & 90 lbs but im underweight, dont think ur really fat, just a little chunky
