I need a routine to work on my love handles...?!


Question: I am perfectyl normal and healthly skinny everywhere else but my love handles.

What can I do??

Try these sessions which I found for love handle weight loss in the weight loss expert column of the newspaper:
Train two to three times a week as a bare minimum. You have to put it in to get it out! Try a week of whole body strength training and do dome interval sessions in the swimming pool (1 fast lap 1 slow...) Do as much as you can.

You won't be able to completely get rid of your love handles, that's one of the hardest places.

i struggle really badly as well belly dancing is amazing and within 3 weeks of doing a half hour session at least 4 times a week i could definately see results. just get a simple dvd of one. id recommend "tribal belly dance" its a faster moving one without the lame music.
