Well, if that is your weight and you look skinny then no. If you look overweight then yes. Don't worry about it. Focus on the good things.

its not bad, don't worry bout it. my sister is also thirteen and weighs 118 and she is bout 5'. your weight should be okay because you seem kinda tall for your age, but lots of ppl are like that so don't stress. losing weight isn't difficult either, if thats what ur trying to do, just limin the amount of food you eat. like, dont fill your plate, but eat three times a day with small amounts of food each. it works trust me, its okay.

It does matter if its muscle or fat but without a posted picture and statiscally...yeah, kinda, but you might not be if theres muscle if there isnt than you are but you can lose it easy by not eating as much. Do what your body tells you dont eat when bored or when you want flavor, eat when ur hungry, dont when ur not. Are bodies get hungry/full for a reason so listen to it.
