2 hours seems long. Can you bump up your speed and do more interval training (slow, fast, slow, fast)? I have been losing weight for about 1 1/2 months and I have lost between 15-20 lbs. I have been told losing 2-3 pounds a week is healthy with the most possibility of keeping it off. It takes time to loose it, just as it took time to gain it :-( The initial loss may be water weight too. Also remember, drink LOTS of water, water ironically actually makes you loose water weight (go figure). Good Luck!!!

I think the amount of time per day is fine. One Week is a short time period. Give it a month or two.....

up the speed you use on the treadmill... I use an elliptical and burn 300 calories every 30 minutes. I do this about 3-4 times a week. also get strength training in there a few times a week to tone.
dont eat junk food and dont drink sugary beverages. keep calorie intake under 1200 a day.

Ive been doing this and have lost 19lbs in 2 months.

continue using the treadmill, but it's going to take longer than a week most definitely. expect to lose around 10 lbs a month maximum. cut your calorie intake to 1000 calories per day. also do some light weight training. i lost 30 lbs doing this, but over 5 months, since I don't starve myself. i am now 130 lbs at 5'5" and trying to lose 15 more lbs to be 115 lbs.

well the treadmill is a good way to lose fat, but a better way is to run outside, not in a treadmill, and do some muscle strengthening exercises like pushups and situps.
