Can curlups count as cardio if they get my heart rate up?!

Question: Not unless you can do them for 15-20 minutes straight. But they can be part of a cardio workout that includes a variety of exercises done at a quick pace. And they might be more effective than normal if done immediately after a regular cardio workout.

Sorry, but if curlups get your heart rate up, you really need some proper cardio...

I'm not sure but i know that working out with push ups and curl ups right after you run is supposed to be really good for your heart. it starts beating like crazy.

absolutely, but walking fast or jogging is far better, my woman works in cardiology,i speak the truth!

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to
