What are some ways to help me stop eating as much?!

drink a lot of water and chew gum

i have the same problem!! i found that if you distract yourself, and do other activities to take your mind off food, it helps!

There's nothing wrong with you if you eat alot and you're not fat. That means you have a really great metabolism. I would make sure that when you feel like eating eat things that are healthy :)

Use Source of Life Powder in anything you can, drink plenty of water (around eight glasses a day, at least), and don't snack.

get a pair of zips and sow them on your lips. done!

Eat only at the table, not watching TV. Put your fork down between bites. Plan your meals and especially snacks, so that you have something healthy ready when you are starving. keep on being active. IF you start to gain weight--then look at changing amount of food eaten. Until then, just look at where, how, and the type of food. you'd be amazed what can happen if you just cut out junk.

This is something that i do because i love eating, eat celery. It fills you up but doesnt make you gain weight and you also feel full after eating it because your jaws having been chewing at it and your using up energy but the down side of it is is that you need to like celery.

You can eat as much as you want as long as it's the right stuff. Concentrate on fruit, vegetables and if you like fish, buy in loads of crabsticks. They are great for the munchies and are low in fat!

Just keep away (mostly) from high fat foods and you should be fine.
