What exactly does 'keeping off the weight' mean?!
Question: I've lost three pounds (128 to 125) by eating less meat and more fruits. I also worked out two or three times a week. I started mid-February, but the weight loss didn't come gradually. The three pounds was mostly after the second week. Have I "kept it off"?

This usually refers to people who are very obese 100 pounds or more overweight and lose it and then live a healthy life and don't gain the weight back. Like Jared from the Subway Commercials. He lost a lot and has "kept it off" for 10 years
For now, but keeping if off means never gaining it back.
Great job!
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
