I'm 5'5 1/4? help!!!!!!!?!


Question: i'm 16 and i feel overweight..i can't go to school wearing tight clothes because i hate the way my body looks!
i wanna start a diet but i' can't stop eating and all summer i excrcised & when school started i stopped..and i'm 2 lazy to go running
i'm 5'5 1/4 at 118...am i fat? and how can i lose weight

Listen to me: YOU ARE NOT FAT. Check a BMI calculator if you don't believe me. I'm sure you look great in tight clothes. If you want to exercise to improve your health, then great, but seriously, kid: YOU ARE NOT FAT.

No...you are NOT fat...if anything, you're a little skinny. I wouldn't lose weight unless you plan gaining muscle. Too much lower would not be healthy. Just exercise to keep your heart healthy.

You are a little UNDERWEIGHT. Have you considered that you are anorexic?

You're by no means fat! Try some different forms of exercise to see which you like, swimming is great for you and tones your whole body.

No you are not fat. You are actually on the low end of your optimal weight range. If you loose weight you will end up very sick. Please do not start a diet!!!!

Jesus honey, NO! Don't succumb to ads about 'stick thin'. You sound like a great size (maybe even a little UNDER weight!). Your BMI is perfect. I am the same height and about 60 lbs heavier! I don't even have to see a picture of you to know you are gorgeous. Keep your head up and don't let oether knock you down.

Who the hell told you that you were fat? You're fine dear, and if you wanna exercise, you can do it different ways. Swimming exerts a WHOLE lot of energy, if you didn't know! So have fun AND work out! Or ride your bike around! There are plenty of ways to work out without going to the gym! But you're not fat. And by the way, every woman has a problem with her body. Even the highest of supermodels. They just don't broadcast it! Magazines are liers, they STRETCH the truth! ! !

WHO IN THE HELL SAID YOU WERE FAT...check you BMI it says that you are underweight not over weight. but don't worry about it.i'm sure your very healthy and thats really all that matters.and you don't need to lose any more weight.but if your that concern try hula hooping for 15 to 30 mins. it's a great way to shape your waist.and it's way better than a 5 mile jog at 5 in the morning.then look in the mirror and check yourself out and tell you your beautiful and anybody who says other wise is just a hater.well doing this boots up your self asteem to 100% then you feel fabulous
