Which laxative is the best choice for me?!

Question: I haven't had a bowel movement in about 3-4 days, 4-5 tomorrow. I had gastric bypass surgery, so I'm unsure what would be appropriate for me, considering. Before I had my surgery, I used Dulcolax, and that wasn't bad. Does anyone have any good recommendations for me? I've never tried Milk of Magnesia. I'd prefer something stimulant-free.

I'd try taking Prodiem which is psyllium fiber if possible and if it's not against your post-op directions. It can be really helpful.

Or, mineral oil can help as well as it lubricates the bowels making it much easier but don't take it too excessively or you can have some seepage.

Milk of Magnesia is very effective as well as pretty gentle. I used it on my 2 year old.

You can give Colace a try. If it gets too bad, you need to use an enema.

hi! i use miralax and it is now oiver the counter and it works great!

i have milk of magnesia, mint flavored. the taste is terrible but it works well.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
http://slimhealth.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

One thing that will help you lose weight: a colon cleanse. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too! - it's just pills, but you'll detox, lose weight, and fell much, much better). You can go to
http://trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
