Here's a simple health plan. Do cardio exercises (raise you heartbeat) for at least 30 min, 5 times a week. Vary the workout to work different muscle groups. Weight lift or resistance train at least 20 min, 3 times a week. Stretch often and get at least 7 hours of sleep.

Every meal, make it a healthy plate...1/2 plate fruits/veggies, 1/4 plate lean protein, 1/4 plate whole grain or resistant starch. Daily: At least 2 tablespoons heart-healthy oil. Plenty of water.

Google the food pyramid. It will give you all the information you need about what foods to eat and in daily amounts. The basis for any healthy diet is vegetables, fruits, grains, dairy products and lean mean, fish, nuts, complex proteins.

Exercise is key to building lean muscle. Running is good, but low impact yoga/pilates sculpt bodies beautifully.

Does your bf run??? If not, what's his lazy *** doing???
