How can I get abs in less than 3 months?!

Dude, first of all, you're probably too young for your muscles to bulk much or get definition. You're definatly too young for weight training, but I reccomend you get a pull-up bar you can put in your doorway and do pull-ups, curl-ups, and hold yourself by the bar while bringing your knees up to strenghten your abs. Running helps too since it improves your core.

Need to eat more protein, less carbs.. more cardio to, the situps might be working but u might have a layer of fat you have to get rid of before you can see the abs
Do sit-ups, crunches and obliques. Do like a set of 20-50 depending on the level where you're at and do them daily. Also, gotta watch you eat, cant get abs if you got a layer of dat covering them, so gotta eat nutriously as well.
go do laps in a pool.
sit ups - try 200 a day (starting point)
eat a lot of protein

J/K... To get your abs to show up you need to have a low bodyfat level of 10-12% or below. You can do ab exercises all you want but that won't really matter if you have a lot of bodyfat. Since you are 11... Try playing sports as often as you can/want and it might help if you stay away from fast food. Stick to eating home cooked meals with lots of protein, healthy (natural) fats and carbohydrates from foods such as brown rice, regular oats, potatoes, vegetables, etc.
