Losing weight!?!


Question: I have been drinking water like crazy. i was 145 now im 137. i have been peeing mor than 14 times a day. I have lost lots and im wondering if this is really healthy for me? i have breakfast and supper. lunch is a regular snack time. I eat healthy but im wondering if this is the best thing for me?

Oh come on, you are doing just great, and you have a healty regimen. There should be no concern at all, drinking 8 glasses or water is fine, unless you feel dehydrated, you don't really need to drink more than this.

What you shouldn't do is diet. Just eat healthy and excercise. I think you're doing great so far.

Well drinking Plenty of water isn't bad for you but skipping meals is. luckily you don't but if it is working for you...that's great but instead of drinking to much water..eat water melons that contain water and vitamins. Eat plenty of vegatables because they all contain plenty of fiber which is good for your digestive system ^_^

I myself lost about 40 pounds in like 2 months...but in a healthy way. Since i'm 16 i think it was much easier to loose weight but just keep it healthy and if you have any questions...message me and i would be grateful to answer them. ^_^
