How to loose weight and tone up?!


Question: I'm a 17 year old girl and I'm about 5'6 and roughly 125 pounds. I'm fairly active, I do a little dance and I skate a few days a week. I used to be a lot more active though, and now that I don't work out as much and have a serious weakness for anything sweet, I've gained a few pounds. I know what I have to do to loose weight and what exercises to do to tone up, but how can I stayed motivated? I only want to loose about 5-7 pounds and I'm not really in any rush to loose it. I basically just want to loose the few pounds I gained and get a little more toned. Also, can anyone give me some good meal plans that are quick and easy to make? Best answer gets 10 points!

its lose not loose....loose means not tight.......(well guess i lost my chance of 10 points)

if ur in no rush to lose weight then just wake up in the morning..have a very good breakfast...go run a mile before school! DO THAT...DONT BE LAZY....the whole day u will be toned thats number 1 good reason...second...u will be active and lose weight and look hot...thirdly drink u will drink a lot of water through out the day...
