What exercise do i use to loose belly fat only?!


Question: In my body I'm skinny everywhere but im starting to get a little belly i'm not interested in loosing wieght... i want a flat tummy so what exercise or diet can i use to keep my stomach flat??

i know this might sound strange
but i go running, only for about 15 min
then do ab workouts, that should work just fine
other then that cut down on things like candy and non-diet pops. (junk food) those are just empty calories.

Spend more time on your back.

start off by running 3 laps around you street

when ur done with that DONT sit down or u'll cramp up
go somewhere spacious and do high knees to one end and back. Then do butt kicks same way. then do shuffles and stay low. do karaoke helps keep balance. and for the last one u do lunges do not put ur hands on your legs it'll get hard then. for beggining do 10 pushups 10 sit ups 10 crunches and for about 2 minutes do plancks its should help =]
