How do you loose weight in the arms?!


Question: I am trying to loose weight. I have lost 10lbs. but I cannot seem to lose the flab in my upper arms. Any suggestions?

Might I suggest this: Place the palm of your hand on a flat, hard surface such as a wall, and then move your arm so that the upper portion is shaking. Do this to both arms for about 10 minutes every day. Within a month you should notice the improvement--measure your upper arm before and after.

Another exercise is to hook your fingers together so that they are interlaced and the pull the fingers against each other and hold for a count of 10. You will feel the pull. Do about 50 of these a day. Again, you should notice improvement in about a month.

im guessing that you can stop eating things that have calories because most of it travels to the arms. good luck!

usually people that have extra weight in the arms have extra weight everywhere

u should try push ups r lift some weights they help alot in loosing arm fat. or just keep ur hands in the air for 5 min each
