Need help losing weight, any suggestions?!


Question: I have been feeling, so incredibly huge lately. I am already a bigger girl, don't need anymore weight added on. I've struggled with my weight a long time, and I know I eat out of depression and after my miscarriage last April I have just ballooned up. With my job and my two boys, I don't really have time to go to a gym. Also as far as diets go, I work a 10 hour shift, and cooking for my boys and what my fiance will eat certaintly would not include anything dietary. I would really like to loose a lot of weight, but I am also realistic. Does anyone have any suggestions, or ideas, things that may have worked for you. I appreciate your help!
