How much weight can i expect to loose?!
Question: I weigh 150lbs around i think? 70kg :)
If i eat...
1 bowl of protein rich cereal and full cream milk
turkey and cranberry sandwhich on brown bread
chicken and salad for dinner
and jog at least 4km a day
(6miles??)
How much can i loose before July 20th?

Oh and ive done it for a little less than a week, this week and lost 2kg, i think.

I can't say how much weight you could be losing because with all that running it builds muscles in your legs which includes more weight because muscle weighs more than fat but you might lose around 17 more kg
