Eating cereal for a week is not a way to loose weight, that only makes it worst. I suggest you start eating veggies and fruits. For an appetizing meal you should start eating at Subway, Quizno's, and Togo's. They have a very good variety of healthy food. Just try avoiding the cookies, chips, and soda. Even though soda has 0g of sugar don't drink it. It is very bad for your stomach. It inflates your stomach.

Hahaha, no. You need good food to keep you going, deary. Just exercise for about an hour a day, and eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Being heathly is better than being thin.

no that plan sounded good to me to, but you'll be lacking the vitamins and prteins from fruit, veggies, and meats, plus that's like going on an ALL CARB DIET!!!!

you probably won't lose 10 lbs. and I am sure you know eating cereal for a week isn't the best idea. But if you are strick on yourself, drink 6-8 glasses of water a day (you'll have to pee a lot, but it is good for you!) your first week of weight loss may be 5 or 6 lbs. The next week you may lose another 3. You can easliy lose 10-15 lbs, but don't expect to happen in one week. You can still get your belly button pierced, but give yourself a few weeks!

Which cereal? A high fiber/low sugar cereal would be better. Beware: many cereals are high in sugar.

No. Eating cereal for a week is a VERY bad idea. If you solely eat that, you will not get all the nutrients you should and you will be very unhealthy. In addition, it is almost impossible to lose 10 pounds in a week. If you ate NOTHING and worked out almost non-stop then MAYBE you would lose 10 pounds in a week, but otherwise its impossible. Besides, if you starve yourself your body goes into starvation mode and your body tried to conserve as many calories as possible. So if you starve yourself you would gain more calories than if you ate a well-balanced diet. Anyways, losing so much weight at one time is also very bad for your health and instead of gradually getting rid of your fat it would turn your fat into gross flabby skin.

It is no good to go to extremes!! You are young and need good nutrition. I lost almost 80 pounds in one year,you need first to do this for you,not because your piercing or to please somebody else. Then concentrate on eating fruits and vegetables , the more the better. Have 1 ounce of protein at breakfast and 3 at each meal, Have at least 3 cups of milk and a little of olive oil daily. Drink lots of water and do some exercise every day. One day a week eat whatever you want but with control, dont go crazy eatjng and you will see the pounds slowly dissapear.Only weight yourself once a week and at the same time of the day. Quick ways never work and you end with saggy skin, Wish you the best!!

no because youre eating cereal even though you are still getting some nutrion not enough and if you eat just cereal then when you go to eat something else your body will be used to eating that and you will gain weight when you eat anything else
