dude you dont need be big for high school, you'll get big if u join sports in high school, when i just entered high school fall of 2007 i was 5'4'' 120 lbs. and now since i joined football basketball and track i weigh 140 pounds of muscle. so dont worry and if you really want to get ripped go out buy resistance bands and/or dumbbells
