Answers: I have a bit of a stomach, big chest, toned legs and NO double-chin. I'm female!

Well, how tall are you? When you say "short" you may mean 5'2'' or 5'3''. Certain people think they're short but they're not. Tell you one thing. When you're 5 feet, you should be 100 pounds. And as for another inch, add another 5 pounds.

And I don't think so you're overweight. I think you just have some body fats. That's all. Oh, and if you're athletic, it's alright to be a little more heavy because muscles are heavy.

Well, not overweight, just a little more then average but i'd say you are alright.

Only your doctor can answer your question. Seriously.

There are a lot of things to take into consideration. What size frame do you have: are you big boned, or fine boned? I can't see that from here. Are you well-muscled, or do you have a paunchy stomach? I don't know that from where I'm sitting. I can only go by what you tell me, and you can say anything you want over the Internet. It's easy to lie out here.

If you're concerned about your height-to-weight ratio, ask your parents to take you to the doctor and get it checked out. Tell them WHY you want to go, and they'll probably agree to make the appointment and go with you.

If you ARE overweight, they'll probably be happy you're taking an interest in doing something about it. Have you gone through puberty yet? Puberty changes everything about a girl's body ~ trust me.

If you're NOT overweight, they'll probably see this as a way to teach you what is normal for your body size and type, and to help you learn about and accept your body. Either way, I think it's a good thing to do, especially at your age. You need to learn what's normal and acceptable ~ MEDICALLY ~ for someone your size, shape, height, and build.

Among other things, you need to learn what is Medically Healthy and Appropriate, not what other people think is thin or fat. That's what is most important ~ your health ~ not what this person or that person thinks. The sooner you learn what's Medically Healthy and Appropriate for your body type, the better off you'll be.

Don't look outside yourself for approval ~ look inside yourself and to your friends and family for that. People out here don't know you and can't answer your questions about weight, or anything else that factors into your self-esteem.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.diet-fun-now.us where they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website
http://www.diet-easy-now.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
