Answers: Tell about your weight loss story, what worked for you. Anyone use Weight Watcher's????

I never used weight watchers but recently I noticed that I lost a lot of weight...and its just like what everyone else says...good diet and excercise. But I didnt excercise that much...and I didnt eat that much either, I just cut down on the bread (especially bread), and most grains..and I just ate veggies, meat, and occasional junk. I used to be on this diet where I had to follow a very strange menu...so i thought I would give it a try. The first day you can only eat fruits. That was very hard!!! everytime I would eat, I would get hungry again. The second day was only veggies. That was a little better because I could eat baked potatoe, french fries, and cooked veggies. The third day was both fruits and veggies...well I quit the second day anyway so theres no point in following this menu....its very hard and NOT for everyone. Anyway, now I am healthy and I weigh a good weight of 105. So basically I just stayed away from bread and rice the whole time! :)

i used to weigh 560lbs when i was 12 but then i did this diet called anorexia when you don't eat anything and now i'm 75lbs and have a tube shoved into my stomach!
life is good!

my friend uses weight watchers and she's lost 100 pounds already. She said it's easy and very effective. She likes the results :)

well i used ballys i was 165 pounds at a size 12 now i am 1 size 6 i drank lots of water and replaced my sweets with fruit and ate little amounts

working out every day for an hour and a half and dieting. I ate a lot of "Smart Ones" microwavable meals. My favorite is the three cheese ziti. It's so good and only has 8 grams of fat! I lost 10 pounds in a month and a half from doing all of this.

Keep a journal of what you eat, and catalog the calories. I eat according to how much I need (extremely active, and waitress) so I typically need between 2600-3000 calories a day. So, because I watch and make sure I am eating enough fruits and vegetables, enough protein, enough carbs, all while watching my caloric intake, I can maintain a fit size 4 without fluctuations.

you dont really need to DIEt to lose weight. I lost about 60pds but just walking! i walked 2 or more miles every day and the weight just melted off in no time. I was able to eat what i wanted just not tons of it.

yes, there is. there is a lot
