that's an absolute horrible diet! especially since you're an athlete :(

Maybe you should have a whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and drink grapefruit juice. Adding some yogurt would be good too.
For a snack, what about crackers or natural popcorn instead of that high sodium chex.
As an athlete you should know better than to eat fad diet product. Say goodbye to the south beach bar. I'm sure you can find a better source of protein. How about tuna or salmon in a wrap with lots of spinach?
For supper, salad and fruit sound great. Maybe you can add some cheese or milk with it.
As for what you drink throughout the day... I'm quite disappointed since, again, you're an athlete. Water is great. Sports drinks should not be used everyday. Have you ever thought to recharging with some chocolate milk? The redbull HAS to go! If you need a caffeine boost, what about some tea instead?
Since you are busy and have such a small appetite, you should prepare you food the night before and package it into small portions. Maybe eat half of your bagel then the other half an hour or two later (or before you leave the house and once you get to school). Cut your wrap in half so you can eat half before you sports and half after.

Since you eat so little (and far from healthy) it is important to try to pack in as much vitamins and minerals each time you take a bite. Much of what you listed in empty in both. It may seem like a lot of changes, but just try to implement them slowly. You could switch to the healthy breakfast one week, add in the new snack idea the next week, lunch ideas in the third week, and supper and drinks in the fourth week. That way it would feel like too much change at once.

HAPPY HEALTH AND FITNESS :)

see a doctor if your worried, i t might be a parsyte, but maybie not.

If that is all you eat then yes. That is only about 1000 calories or less.

you need to have a more balanced diet...your diet primarily consists of carbs; where is the protein? try adding an egg or meat to your diet. Or maybe nuts! They are good!

your diet is very unhealthy. you aren't getting enough calories from healthy foods, and you certainly aren't giving your body the nutrients it needs.

most likely your poor diet is why you feel the need for energy drinks.
